Confluence is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to partner directly with our CEO and lead the execution of our global people agenda across North America, EMEA and APAC. Reporting to the CEO, this role combines broad organisational exposure with hands-on leadership responsibility, ensuring our people programmes, processes and teams continue to scale alongside the business. The successful candidate will lead a globally distributed HR team, including four direct reports and broader second-line leadership responsibility. Working closely with leaders across the business, this individual will help create an outstanding employee experience while ensuring strong operational execution across talent, performance, employee relations, HR operations and compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead HR operations and people programmes across North America, EMEA and APAC. Manage and develop a globally distributed HR team, including four direct reports and second-line leadership responsibility. Partner with the CEO and senior leaders on workforce planning, talent decisions and organisational effectiveness. Drive excellence across employee relations, performance management, HR operations and compliance. Collaborate closely with Finance and Legal to support business priorities and sustainable growth. Leverage people data and insights to improve processes, manager effectiveness and employee experience.
