We’re on the hunt for a Production Team Leader to steer the team and keep things running at top gear! You’ll be the go-to expert, making sure quality stays high, targets are smashed, and the team keeps growing through great training and support. Working side by side with other production leads and the department manager, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and keeping our operations on track. Be the go-to expert for your production stage, ensuring quality and efficiency Keep targets on track and sign off on all completed work Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver their best Drive continuous improvement by refining processes and training Champion safety, lean principles, and a positive team culture
