徵：照顧服務員(社區式-失智型) 1、日常照顧：協助進食、身體清潔、穿換衣服、如廁、安全維護等 2、活動帶領：如現實導向、讀報、早操、認知活動、懷舊活動、外出活動、美食活 動、肢體活動等 3、工作報表書寫紀錄 4、交通協助：交通車抵達時的接送和安全維護、必要時協助個案的交通車駕駛工作 5、工作時間：日班 07:30-16:30、07:45-16:45、08:00-17:00，夜班 16:30-00:00 (二班制)
