※依生產排程執行產線作業與產能調度，確保每日產量穩定並準時交付 ※即時處理產線異常（機台、物料、製程），完成紀錄並追蹤改善成效 ※依食品法規要求督導現場作業，落實 SOP 與 CCP 監控，確保產品品質與食安合規 ※推動 5S 現場管理，維持產線整潔與衛生自主管理，確保作業環境符合標準 ※確實填寫並彙整每日生產數據，提供管理決策與改善追蹤依據 ※完成主管交辦事項 ※可固定班別，無經驗可培訓
