We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to support the delivery of high-quality clinical education and administrative processes across CTMUHB with the CTM Clinical Learning Academy. In this varied role, you will support education programmes and provide essential administrative and pastoral support to learners and colleagues across nursing and allied health professions.
You will be a proactive and adaptable team player with excellent communication and organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. You will demonstrate professionalism and compassion in your approach to work, supporting learners and colleagues with sensitivity and respect. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive and effective experience for students and staff alike.

Main duties of the job
Work within the CTM Clinical Learning Academy to support students, Healthcare Support Workers and staff across nursing and allied health professions. Contribute to delivering safe, high-quality patient care through effective education support. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Clinical Education Department. Support the delivery of training programmes and a range of education activities for pre- and post-registration learners. Assist with the Healthcare Support Worker Framework and related education funding streams. Liaise effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Manage a varied workload within a busy team environment, prioritising tasks appropriately. Support programme delivery and contribute to a positive learning experience. Provide sensitive pastoral support to learners where required. Demonstrate strong organisational skills, flexibility, professionalism and the ability to work independently within established procedures.

Experience Essential
Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems. Previous experience in organising training events. Ability to communicate with all levels of staff including dealing with senior medical staff. Attention to detail. Previous experience of taking and transcribing minutes of meetings. Experience in producing high quality reports. Have an appreciation of budget and financial systems.
Desirable
Developing high quality promotional documentation. Using Social Media/Apps etc. appropriately to support communication within the working environment. Experience of working in the NHS, or of working in an Educational/Training environment.
Qualifications and/or Knowledge Essential
Possess RSA/OCR Level III or possess the equivalent level of knowledge, skills and experience.
Desirable
Evidence of Continuous Professional Development. Knowledge of the Clinical Education agenda e.g. New Registrant Nurse Programme
Skills Essential
Excellent IT skills, and able to produce reports from databases. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Desirable
Welsh Language Speaking & Listening Skills (Level 3 and above/B2).
