Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job

A varied clinical role

This vacancy includes a weekly out of hospital ward round, providing medical care for patients in community settings. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will help maintain continuity of care for some of our most vulnerable patients while enjoying a welcome change from consulting-room medicine.

A role that supports portfolio careers

Whether your interests lie in teaching, minor surgery, digital health, research, quality improvement or another specialist area, we will help you develop them while remaining part of a stable, supportive GP team.

Mentoring and development

Whether you are newly qualified or experienced, you'll have access to mentoring, peer support and opportunities to grow professionally. We genuinely enjoy learning from one another and investing in our team.

Strong clinical continuity

We believe continuity matters - for patients and clinicians. Our systems are designed to build lasting doctor patient relationships rather than transactional care.

Modern, efficient ways of working

Our total triage model is designed to improve access while protecting continuity and clinician wellbeing. We are constantly refining our systems to make work easier, not harder.

About us

Technology that genuinely helps

We are enthusiastic adopters of AI and automation not to replace clinical judgement, but to remove repetitive work. We use AI-powered workflows, automated monitoring and recalls, streamlined shared-care processes and intelligent systems that help us spend more time where it matters: with patients.

Exceptional administrative and managerial support

Our clinical team is backed by experienced administrators and proactive managers who take ownership of non-clinical work wherever possible. We believe GPs should be practising medicine, not chasing paperwork.

A team that enjoys working together

We are loyal to one another, value different opinions and are not afraid of lively clinical discussions. We challenge ideas respectfully, celebrate successes and maintain a healthy sense of humour. General practice is demanding - we think it's important to enjoy coming to work.
