Main duties of the job As a Night Senior Carer at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care and support for residents, supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. The role requires an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
