Job summary

We are looking for a compassionate GP to join our team, dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and able to work confidently and effectively in a fast-paced primary care setting.

We are looking for a salaried GP for 2 days per week.

Main duties of the job

A Salaried GP is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred primary medical care, managing acute and chronic illnesses, promoting health and wellbeing, maintaining clinical records, participating in quality improvement activities, and contributing to the effective operation and development of the practice while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Provide comprehensive primary care services to registered patients through face-to-face, telephone, video consultations and E-Consults.Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across all age groups.Prescribe medications safely and effectively in accordance with current clinical guidelines and local formularies.Conduct health promotion, disease prevention, and patient educationProvide urgent and same-day care within the practice setting.Review laboratory results, imaging reports, and specialist correspondence, taking appropriate clinical action.Make appropriate referrals to secondary care, community services, and multidisciplinary teams.Home VisitsMaintain accurate, legally compliant clinical records.
