Job summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic safeguarding leader to join our Nursing and Quality leadership team as Head of Safeguarding. This senior role provides strategic, professional and operational leadership for safeguarding children, young people and adults at risk across the organisation. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Nursing & Quality, you will lead the Trust's safeguarding agenda, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, national guidance and best practice. You will provide expert advice and assurance to senior leaders and Board committees, oversee the delivery of high-quality safeguarding services, and work closely with partner agencies to improve outcomes for vulnerable people.
