Guildford Hospital | Part-time | Bank | Ad-hoc
Up to £26 per hour depending on experience
Main duties of the job As a Physiotherapist, you will:
Work across Inpatients and Outpatients and a range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases
Be part of our multidisciplinary team of nurses, AHPs and consultants, supported by a regional Clinical Lead
Help our patients achieve, maintain and recover to their aspired level of health and wellbeing
Deliver excellent clinical care that's safe, effective, caring, well-led and responsive to patients' needs
Be compliant with all governance standards and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes
Enjoy protected CPD time and access to programmes and events by the Nuffield Health Academy

Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital provides high-quality healthcare working with leading Consultants to offer a range of services and treatments for preventing, diagnosing and treating a wide array of medical conditions and offer a wide range of complex surgery and services. We are proud to have received a "good" rating from the health care regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Our facilities include 49 en-suite patient bedrooms, 4 operating theatres, acute dependency and oncology units. We've been awarded the Macmillan Quality Environment Mark for cancer care and our Endoscopy service has achieved JAG accreditation. Our site is shared with an NHS Trust hospital, giving us access to their facilities. The working atmosphere is highly professional and stimulating, yet friendly and collaborative like that of a large family unit.
The hospital is easily accessible from the A3 or M25 and we are located about 1.5 miles from Guildford town centre.

As a Physiotherapist at our Guildford Hospital you'll have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council. You also have excellent manual therapy skills, and you're committed to developing as a practitioner. You're a confident communicator, skilled at engaging with all kinds of people.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
As a Physiotherapist at our Guildford Hospital you'll have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
Experience Essential
You also have excellent manual therapy skills, and you're committed to developing as a practitioner. You're a confident communicator, skilled at engaging with all kinds of people.
