Exciting Opportunity at Cotswold Practice

Phoenix Health Group is looking for a GP Partner (3-6 sessions) to join our happy and thriving practice in Tetbury. We are excited to be moving into a new state of the art Building in early 2027 and will have space to expand our team.

Our goal is to provide excellent clinical care to our community and enjoy our time at work. We have a positive and supportive team with a happy and welcoming approach. We are friendly, energetic and sociable.

Main duties of the job

We are proud of our continuity of care and patients are assigned a usual GP. The successful candidate will be responsible for a patient list and the work associated with that list, including prescription re-authorising, referrals and communications and pathology filing.

The successful candidate will join a large Partnership with 12 other Partners and 4 Salaried GPs, which provides resilience and plenty of opportunities to support one another.

We have a total list size 24,600 and growing, with practices in Cirencester, South Cerney, Tetbury and Kemble.

GP workload is supported by a range of Allied Health professionals including our in-house practice pharmacy team, 4 urgent care practitioners and practice nursing team who manage our chronic disease patients and a team of care co-ordinators who support GPs to manage their patients.

We are a training practice for both registrars and Bristol Medical students We are an active research practice. A well organised Practice that is constantly evolving and adapting to national changes. Dispensing in Tetbury and Kemble. Monthly PLTs for support, daily clinical coffee for the whole team, Friday Partners lunches.Additional information:

Our patients come from a varied demographic. Mix of urban, rural and University general practice. We use SystmOne. High earning practice.

Registered with a license to practice on the General Medical Council
