Job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused Salaried General Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive practice team. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a well-established and forward-thinking primary care environment.
As a Salaried GP, you will provide a full range of primary care services, including the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of patients with acute and long-term conditions. You will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, including GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Practice Nurses and additional healthcare professionals, enabling you to focus on delivering outstanding clinical care.

Main duties of the job

Qualified General Practitioner eligible to work in UK General Practice. GMC registration with licence to practise. Inclusion on the NHS England Medical Performers List. Experience of prescribing and managing medication in line with national and local guidance. Experience of maintaining accurate and contemporaneous clinical records. Experience of working effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Experience of managing clinical workload safely and prioritising competing demands. Experience of providing patient-centred care and promoting shared decision-making. Understanding of clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety principles. Experience of using clinical IT systems and electronic patient records. Participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and annual appraisal processes.
