Main duties of the job As a Home Care Assistant at Agincare, you will have a profound impact on the lives of those you support. Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

No specific qualifications are required, but a warm, caring attitude and a genuine passion for helping others are essential. Previous care experience is not needed as training will be provided. A full UK driving license is required. Flexibility to work alternating weekends is essential, as well as the ability to work as part of a team and build meaningful relationships with clients.
