Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. Being a Bank position, it requires covering shifts as needed, such as for annual or sick leave. A current NMC registration and knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices are essential, alongside experience in care planning and risk assessments, and familiarity with DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
