Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE As a Residential Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. The role requires an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. Previous experience in a residential care setting is essential, along with proven team leadership skills. This position offers opportunities for career development, with many Senior Carer Assistants progressing into Care Practitioners or other roles.

ABOUT YOU
