As a Senior Radiographer, you will ensure a safe and efficient imaging service, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will also support service development and mentor junior staff and students.
What You'll Do:
Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services.Perform imaging exams ensuring excellent patient care.Support operational management of the imaging department.Mentor junior radiographers and support staff.Ensure compliance with IR(ME)R and radiation safety standards.Participate in quality assurance and service improvement.Collaborate with clinicians for seamless patient care.Contribute to training and professional development.Participate in on-call and flexible working as needed.What you'll bring:
Degree/Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography.Current HCPC registration.Significant post-registration experience.Strong knowledge of radiation safety and governance.Excellent communication skills.Commitment to patient-centred care.Experience mentoring colleagues.Ability to work independently and in a team.Why Join us?
