Job summary
We have a vacancy within the accredited Sterile Services Department at Royal Lancaster Infirmary for 1 full time Production Manager.
Working hours to be discussed at interview.
You will be responsible for the decontamination and sterilisation of surgical instruments and providing sterile procedure packs to Endoscopy and the NHS Trust.
Experience of working in an accredited Sterile Services unit is preferable. However training will be offered to right candidate.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Sterile Services Department, so that its personnel, plant and other resources are organised to meet the present and future needs of the Trust and other stakeholders, for the decontamination and sterilisation of surgical equipment.
