HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is hiring an experienced Security Account Manager for a client site in Raleigh, NC. This position offers a an annual salary of $75,712.00/paid weekly. The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a growing multi-location national account, including hiring, training, coaching, retention and staff performance. The account manager will be asked to create a culture of high performance, accountability and service delivery. In addition to personnel management, this individual will meet targeted financial goals for the account. They will be required to build strong working partnerships with client leadership, employees, stakeholders, and external partners. Duties ● Recruit, coach, and manage a diverse, multi-disciplined team of security professionals, ensuring the highest level of protective services to the client. ● Manage account finances to ensure that targeted goals are maintained. Report any over/under spending to the client on a monthly basis. ● Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met. ● Take lead on identifying and recruiting talent to meet the needs of the account. ● Identify professional growth opportunities for staff and manage performance through coaching, training, and regular check-ins. ● Key point of communication: updating the team on changes and new requirements. ● Coordinate training in accordance with client requirements and Sunstate’s training standards. ● Maintain all response and operational procedures, best practices, checklists, guidelines, and standards as well as post orders. ● Proactively engage client leadership. Maintain financial and performance KPI data. Develop and present accurate reports at business review meetings ● Make recommendations to client leadership that will enhance the operation. ● Support other operational needs as requested by the client that may include emergency response, event security, investigations, and other risk-mitigating tasks.

Job Requirements Competencies & Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience of 4-6 years related to physical security management or relevant experience in large and complex environments. ● Able to work in an office environment at least 4 days per week. ● Able to earn the trust and build collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency. ● Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights and present solutions to the client. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present information clearly and concisely to various audiences. ● Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. ● Self-motivated and independent operator with the maturity to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions and operate in dynamic settings. ● Strong working proficiency with technology platforms and productivity applications. This will include various security applications, inter-office communication tools, word processing applications and data set management tools. ● Able to provide occasional off-hours support during emergencies or off-hours team evaluation ● Ability to travel to support other sites or client initiatives. ● A career marked by upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity. An Account Manager may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Account Manager must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
