Job Requirements
• Responsible for verifying connected hardware and cloud platforms work together reliably and securely.
Work Experience Required Skills (Technical Competency):
• Test data flow from physical sensors through gateways to cloud dashboards. • Container deployment • Good knowledge in IoT protocols such as MQTT and networking protocols such as HTTP, TCP/IP and experience working with IOT devices. • Good understanding of computer networking basics such as DNS, DHCP, Proxies, Subnets etc. • Knowledge in API testing • Perform functional, regression, testing on embedded systems. • Document technical defects, reproduce hardware/software issues, and manage bug reports using tools like Jira. Desired Skills:
• Technical leadership in design discussions, architecture reviews, and project planning activities. • Strong capability to drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and software quality initiatives. • Ownership mindset with a demonstrated ability to lead projects from requirements through deployment and production support. Good to Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering • Good understanding of testing domain. • Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SOAPUI) and network analyzers (Wireshark). • Basic programming or scripting knowledge in Python for test automation.
