We bring together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture, to solve problems better and faster. ［業務内容］Key Responsibilities 半導体製造（クリーンルーム環境）におけるプロセスデータの収集・整理・Opex算出業務を担うポジションです。単純な作業者ではなく、データ整理・分析、金額算出（Opex）、業務の効率化・自動化まで担う、実務推進型人材を募集します。① データ取得・整理業務（現場作業含む）クリーンルーム内にて半導体製造装置からレシピデータをダウンロード各種装置・プロセスデータの収集および管理取得データの整理・分類② レシピデータの分析・加工各レシピから必要項目（使用材料・条件など）の抽出項目ごとの使用量の整理・集計データの整形・可視化（Excel等使用）③ Opex算出業務材料使用量を基にしたコスト算出各材料の単価との紐づけプロセス単位でのコスト見積・分析④ 業務効率化・自動化推進Excel（関数・マクロ）を用いたデータ処理の自動化Copilot等のAIツールを活用した業務効率化汎用的に使えるセミオート処理フローの構築作業標準化・テンプレート化 This position is responsible for collecting and organizing process data and calculating Opex in semiconductor manufacturing (cleanroom environments). We are not just simple workers, but are recruiting practical talent who will handle data organization and analysis, cost calculation (Opex), and streamlining and automating operations. ① Data acquisition and organization (including on-site work): Downloading recipe data from semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom, collecting and managing various equipment and process data, organizing and classifying acquired data. ② Analysis and processing of recipe data, extraction of necessary items (ingredients, conditions, etc.) from each recipe, organization and aggregation of data formatting, and visualization (using Excel, etc.) ③ OPEX Calculation Tasks: Cost calculation based on material usage, linking each material to unit prices, cost estimation and analysis on a per-process basis ④ Promotion of operational efficiency and automation Automation of data processing using Excel (functions and macros) Operational efficiency utilizing AI tools like Copilot, building general-purpose semi-automated workflows, standardizing and templated tasks ［ポジションの魅力］ Attractive Points of the position • 最先端ノード（2nm世代）の開発に携わることができる • 立ち上げフェーズならではの技術選定・開発 • グローバルで通用する半導体技術者スキル • You can be involved in the development of cutting-edge nodes (2nm generation) • Technology selection and development unique to the launch phase • Be part of the globally recognized semiconductor engineering skills We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day.
