We bring together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture, to solve problems better and faster. ［業務内容］Key Responsibilities 生産技術部において、半導体製造設備の保全業務標準化および保全品質向上を目的とした、メーカーマニュアルの日本語化、保全手順書・チェックシート整備を担当いただきます。本ポジションでは文書作成のみならず、保全部門と連携しながら対象設備の優先順位付けやスコープ策定を行い、保全業務の標準化および運用定着を推進いただきます。① 保全手順書・チェックシート整備推進メーカーマニュアルを基に、保全作業に必要な手順書およびチェックシートの作成・整備を推進保全部門と連携し、対象設備ごとの保全項目整理、優先作業の選定および標準化を実施② マニュアル日本語化および運用基盤整備英語版メーカーマニュアルの翻訳業務を推進し、保全担当者が活用可能な運用ドキュメントを整備翻訳対象機種の優先順位付け、作業計画策定、工数見積もりおよび進捗管理を実施③ 関係部門との調整および継続的改善推進製造・保全・関連部門と連携し、保全業務における課題整理および対応スコープの策定を推進保全業務の効率化および品質向上に向けた改善活動を継続的に実施 In the Production Technology Department, you will be responsible for standardizing maintenance operations for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and improving maintenance quality, including the Japanese translation of manufacturer manuals and the preparation of maintenance procedure manuals and checklists. In this position, you will not only prepare documents but also collaborate with the maintenance department to prioritize target equipment and establish scopes, promoting the standardization and operational establishment of maintenance tasks. ① Promotion of maintenance procedure and checklist maintenance Based on the manufacturer's manual, the creation and maintenance of necessary procedures and check sheets for maintenance work are promoted in collaboration with the maintenance department, organizing maintenance items for each target equipment, selecting priority tasks, and standardizing them. ② Promoting translation of Japanese manuals and operational infrastructure development to promote translation of English manufacturer manuals, develop operational documents usable by maintenance personnel, prioritize the models to be translated, formulate work plans, estimate workload, and manage progress Coordination with relevant departments and promotion of continuous improvement: Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, and related departments to organize issues and formulate response scopes in maintenance operations.
