What We're Looking For
Are you passionate about sustainability, responsible business practices, and making a positive impact within an organization? We are looking for a proactive and collaborativeESG Coordinatorto support the development and implementation of the company’s ESG strategy and initiatives.
You will play a key role in translating the company’s and Group’s ESG ambitions into concrete actions, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective ESG communication, governance, and reporting.

What You'll Be Doing
• Develop and implement the company’s ESG strategy and roadmap, translating Group and company ambitions into clear priorities, objectives, and initiatives.
• Coordinate ESG initiatives across the Environmental and Social agenda, engaging employees and key internal stakeholders and ensuring effective collaboration and resource allocation.
• Develop and coordinate ESG communication, awareness campaigns, events, and employee engagement initiatives to promote a strong ESG culture across the organization.
• Monitor ESG progress and impact, track key objectives and KPIs, and coordinate regular ESG reporting and updates for Management, local governance forums, and the Group.
• Coordinate ESG governance activities, including the preparation of reports, statements, documentation, audits, and the annual Vigilance Plan analysis, ensuring alignment with applicable standards and internal requirements.
• Coordinate ESG budgeting and resource planning, ensuring appropriate financial, human, and material resources for ESG initiatives.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of Compliance activities, including controls, assessments, training, policies, reporting, and related awareness initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant ESG, Compliance, regulatory, and sustainability developments, supporting the continuous improvement of the company’s responsible business practices.
What You Need to Know / Have
• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Law, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, compliance, corporate responsibility, governance, or a related field, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Good understanding of ESG principles, sustainability topics, responsible business practices, and the relevant regulatory and reporting landscape.
• Proven experience in coordinating projects and initiatives involving multiple internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with data, KPIs, reporting tools, and governance processes, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and structured approach, with the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of relevant ESG frameworks, standards, and regulations, as well as Compliance practices, is considered an advantage.
