The Business to Business Department is looking for a new colleague, with expertise in IT&C tenders, whose main responsibilities refer to submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and fully compliant with all bid requirements.

What is our understanding about an IT& tender procedure? It is a procedure with a considerable estimated value that most often has as its object an integrated IT and/or communication system with the purchase of equipment, implementation of software applications, with complex requirements of similar experience and experts.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage the tender process from the publishing on national electronic system for public acquisitions (SEAP)/RFQ, through proposal submittal, until winner announcement

• Act as point of communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Prepare clear documentation that provides clear rationale for decision-making

• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders during tendering processes for site visits, tender clarifications and updates

• Understand new trends and public acquisition regulations affecting the business

• Review, implement and continuously drive improvements in our bid processes

• Provide regular and ad-hoc analysis and reporting

• Coordinate the public acquisition process at national level

• Provide support in the international bid process

• Provide support to the Sales Channels in the national acquisition procedures initiated by Multinational Companies (MNC)

What you need to know/have

• Previous experience in Bidding processes (have worked min 3 years as a Bid Coordinator/Bid Manager/ Bid Specialist)

• Diploma / certification as Public Acquisition Expert is required;

• Experience in searching and identifying experts and mapping them in accordance with the tender requirements

• Experience in identifying references for proving similar experience identified in tender procedures

• Project management skills in coordinating a team with expertise in different fields (financial, technical, commercial, presales)

• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Good interpersonal skills

• The ability to manage deadlines with colleagues and internal customers

• The ability to set up and drive own meetings proactively

• Good planning and time management skills

• The ability to multi-task and share job responsibilities with other team members
