Position Summary You will join the Brazil Oncology marketing team to support planning and execution of marketing activities that reach healthcare professionals and internal partners. You will help create materials, coordinate with agencies and suppliers, support events and manage basic reporting. We value curiosity, teamwork and a strong desire to learn. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Support the development and management of communication materials for healthcare professionals and internal audiences. - Coordinate briefings, timelines and deliverables with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders. - Assist in planning and running congresses, scientific events and virtual meetings. - Maintain activity calendars, track status of campaigns and ensure deadlines are met. - Support basic budget tracking, invoice follow-up and administrative tasks. - Collect market and competitor insights and prepare concise reports to inform decisions.

Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Pharmacy, Biology, Administration or related field, completed or near completion aligned with the role. - Previous experience in marketing, communications or administrative support (internship or entry-level). - Strong written and verbal Portuguese. - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Good organisation, time management and ability to work with multiple stakeholders. - Availability to work in a hybrid model and attend the office as agreed.

Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Experience supporting medical or scientific events and congresses. - Familiarity with digital channels and basic content creation. - Intermediate English for collaboration with international teams. - Basic knowledge of budget control, procurement processes or invoice handling. - Experience with reporting or analytics tools such as Power BI or Google Analytics. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
