We are a friendly GMS practice serving the needs of 14500 patients in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. We are looking for an Experienced Nurse Manager, to manage the team of two practice nurses and two HCAs. We operate from modern premises with recently refurbished treatment rooms.
Main duties of the job
Qualified Practice Nurse Manager (2 years minimum experience working in General Practice)
Possess treatment room skills.
CQC Experience
Cervical screening training
Childhood and Travel immunisation training
Evidence of training and experience in monitoring chronic disease; asthma, COPD, diabetes, cardiovascular disease
