The warehouse workers will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, packing customer orders, and using the RF scanner to keep track and locate invenory within the warehouse, Prior experience working in a warehouse environment, stocking inventory, and lfiting up to 50lbs on a consistent basis is required to be considered for this opportunity. • Fill and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment. • Operate heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and processing machinery in a safe and controlled manner. • Perform general labor and material handling tasks, including loading and unloading materials and products. • Lift materials and products weighing up to 75 pounds on occasion, following proper lifting techniques. • Support production activities by ensuring materials are moved and staged correctly for processing. • Follow established safety programs and procedures at all times, including strict adherence to a no-tolerance safety policy. • Consistently promote a safety-first culture by talking about safety, observing work practices, and participating in accident and incident investigations as needed. • Provide accurate input and documentation related to accidents, injuries, and losses when required. • Adapt to afternoon, evening, or overnight shifts based on assignment and business needs. • Work overtime as needed to meet production and shipping demands. • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area in both warehouse and processing environments. • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate material handling, loading, and unloading activities. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairless Hills, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
