Commercial Construction General Laborer Saratoga Springs, NY | Project-Based | $24/hr | OSHA 10 RequiredWhat You'll Do As a General Laborer, you'll play a key role in keeping the project running safely and efficiently by:
• Assisting skilled trades such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers • Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment throughout the job site • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Performing general labor duties including lifting, carrying, digging, sweeping, and debris removal • Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively • Supporting site preparation, grading, and layout activities • Setting up and removing temporary barriers, signage, and job site structures • Restocking materials and supplies to keep crews productive • Following all safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly • Assisting with additional project needs as assigned What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in construction or a related field such as: • Commercial or residential construction • Roofing • Landscaping • Site construction • Building maintenance
• Experience using hand and power tools • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Strong commitment to workplace safety • OSHA 10 Certification (or willingness to complete employer-provided training) Preferred Qualifications
