• Apply fiberglass, resin, gel coat, and composite materials to boat molds and components • Prepare molds and materials for the lamination process • Roll, smooth, and finish fiberglass surfaces to ensure quality standards are met • Inspect completed work for defects and perform repairs as needed • Read and follow production specifications and work instructions • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures What We're Looking For:
