Job Title: Industrial Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, repair, and maintain large industrial textile processing equipment, as well as oversee facility maintenance. This role involves executing startup and shutdown procedures, troubleshooting electrical issues, and working with a variety of systems including boiling, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components. Responsibilities • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and general facility systems. • Repair and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and power systems. • Execute plumbing, carpentry, boiler repair, welding, and general facility repairs. • Respond to and resolve daily maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime and improve operational processes. • Collaborate with plant personnel professionally and cooperatively. • Strictly adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures. • Stay updated on equipment and repair procedures. • Use power and hand tools proficiently. • Maintain accurate and timely records of maintenance performed. • Follow written and verbal instructions and perform tasks as directed by supervision. Essential Skills • Minimum of two years maintenance engineering experience. • Specific knowledge of machinery and electricity. • Strong electronic troubleshooting skills. • Experience with plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and boiler applications. • Proficiency in using power and hand tools. • Ability to troubleshoot 3 phase electrical systems. • Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Valid driver's license. • High School graduation or equivalent experience. • Excellent attendance record. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Ability to comprehend and follow directions. • Proficiency in basic math. • Effective time management skills. • Team player mentality. • Proficient in using machinery schematics and drawings.
