General Production Worker: Pay $23/hr in Greenfield, IN. Available Shift and Pay: -Weekday Nights: 8:30PM to 7:00AM (Monday through Thursday; 10 hour shifts)- $23/hr-Weekend Nights: 6:30PM to 7:00AM (Friday through Monday; 12 hour shifts)- $23/hrResponsibilities
• Manually load and unload product to and from production machines on a repetitive basis. • Push and pull boxes of product weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. • Visually inspect final products to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications. • Occasionally operate shot blasting equipment to finish products according to process requirements. • Weigh products accurately and package them in accordance with customer specifications and guidelines. • Document materials, batch numbers, and other required production information accurately and legibly. • Maintain awareness of product flow to keep machines supplied and operating efficiently. • Work safely and follow all plant safety procedures while handling heavy materials and equipment. • Remain on your feet and perform continuous physical labor for 8 to 12 hours per shift. • Previous experience in heat treat or heat-intensive industrial environments. • Experience in physically demanding roles such as general labor, manual labor, or warehouse work. • Familiarity with operating or assisting with industrial machinery, including loading machines. • Experience working in fast-paced production or manufacturing environments. • Ability to maintain productivity and focus in repetitive, physically intensive tasks. The environment is very hot, dirty, and oily, with a fast-paced workflow and continuous machine operations. You will spend most of your shift on your feet, performing repetitive physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and pulling boxes up to 50 pounds. The work involves manual loading and unloading of machines, occasional use of shot blasting equipment, and handling of materials in a heat-intensive setting. Appropriate work attire should be durable and suitable for a dirty, oily industrial environment, and you will be expected to follow all safety and personal protective equipment requirements. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Internal growth within the company!
