Customers’ Service Specialist

Job Purpose: The Customers’ Service Specialist responsibilities are: taking-in customers’ orders, answering products related questions and preparing the ordered goods & leading documents for delivery. He or she also is responsible for monitoring of necessary documentation of the assigned customers’. This person reports to the Head of Finances & Operations / Country Manager. Your Role
• To take-in customers’ orders through different channels: phone calls, e-shop, forwarded by Salesmen, etc. • To answer products related questions given by customers or to redirect them to the respective Sales manager. • To collect ordered products and prepare them for the delivery following the internal Standard Operating Procedures. To add marketing material if needed. • To monitor the payments (especially the overdue payments) of the assigned customers. • To monitor the consignment stocks of the assigned customers. • To make the assigned customers’ related documents be in place: credit checks, consignments stock contracts, consignment stock counts, etc. Your Profile
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in dentistry or in a similar (customers’ service) position. • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business. • Fluent (speaking and writing) in Estonian and advanced in English. • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, with a focus on collaboration. • Capable of creative thinking and problem solving. • Customers-oriented mindset (keeping in mind the commercial interest of the company). • Accurate and systemic. • Willing to learn and further develop. • Having driver’s license (B category) and minimum 2 years driving experience. • Good Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
