As an HR Admin – Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving, escalating, or routing inquiries in line with HR protocols and guidelines, and contributing to a team of problem solvers addressing complex business issues from strategy to execution.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly, efficiently supporting our workforce within our Managed Services practice. You will take ownership and consistently deliver work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.
Responsibilities
- Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration - Handling employee inquiries and resolving issues in alignment with HR protocols - Coordinating with teams to maintain accurate employee records and compliance with labor laws - Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance service delivery - Utilizing HR software to manage employee data and streamline operations - Assisting in the development and execution of employee engagement strategies - Collaborating with stakeholders to improve HR processes and systems - Gathering and analyzing data to identify patterns and inform HR decisions - Documenting and maintaining process documentation for HR operations - Participating in the resolution and escalation of complex HR-related inquiries
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 1 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field - Demonstrating proficiency in HR Software and Employee Data Management - Utilizing Human Resources (HR) Metrics for data-driven decision-making - Coordinating staff and managing employee life cycle processes - Handling confidential information with integrity and discretion - Engaging in process improvement and documentation administration - Excelling in stakeholder communications and teamwork
