DescriptionWe are seeking detail-oriented Superintendent with 2-5 years of experience in construction supervision, including proven expertise in renovation and tenant fit up projects. The Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and project timelines effectively.Key Responsibilities:
• Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities for tenant fit ups in commercial office park. • Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met while proactively addressing delays or issues. • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets project specifications, building codes, and company standards through regular inspections and coordination with quality assurance teams. • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings and ensuring compliance with OSHA and local regulations. • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate on-site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. • Subcontractor Coordination: Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to contracts, schedules, and quality expectations. • Budget Monitoring: Track on-site costs, monitor material usage, and report any budget concerns to the Project Manager. • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between on-site teams, project managers, architects, engineers, and clients, providing regular updates on progress and resolving issues promptly. • Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and other project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and punch lists. • Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve on-site challenges, such as material shortages, design conflicts, or unforeseen conditions, with minimal impact to the project timeline. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
