About the Role:
Customer Development Executive is responsible for client retention, renewals & price increase & up-selling and Compliant Management related to the commercial clients.The Incumbent works as part of a multi-functional team. This involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Focus on client retention, renewals & price increase & up-sellingCompliant Management- To identify & resolve customer complaints within the specific timelinesAlert Account Management- To identify the alert customer & bring the possibility of the revival of the accountsTo provide recommendations & suggestions to the branch for the improvementConduct regular reviews & terminate the non-revival accountsSPOC for Branch RenewalsTotal concentration on Renewal business onlySole ResponsibleOn-time CCM/SQS/SQATimely TerminationsCoordination between Customers & OperationsIncrease in Branch New Sales as Branch CSEs can focus only on New salesReduction in OutstandingLead Generation
