In this Operation Manager role you will,reporting directly to the Site Manager, will be responsible of the following activities: • Supporting the site manager in the achievement of revenue and cost reduction; • Assuring highest care about People management (Blue Collars); • Managing directly Shift Leader and Team Leader; • Managing operational standards; • Managing the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement; • Monthly monitoring the operation's span of control and build a strategy; • Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's need; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities; What we need from you: • Bachelor Degree; • At least 3 years in a some role in Supply Chain/Manufactoring Industry; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong leadership attitude and managing people • English Fluent Salary Range: € 46.000 - € 55.000
