About this role
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Adelaide on a full-time permanent basis. This role will see you utilise your previous customer service experience to build customer relationships, liaise with customers and make outgoing calls to customers to organise new jobs and build rapport to enable ongoing customer excellence.
This roles primary function is retaining customers and building long term relationships.
The core responsibilities in this role include:
Providing support to national and key clientsDrawing up contracts for services offeredProcessing purchase ordersPlanning and booking technician jobs for smooth client service Liaising with customers on a daily basisProcessing enquiries efficiently and pro-actively resolving client issuesSupporting the Customer Services, Sales and Services team, and Operations team to achieve targets and deliverablesMake outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our products and services
The successful candidate will have
Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/ administration/ account management) Is experienced in customer retentionHigh attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsExcellent customer service skillsIntermediate computer skillsComplaint handling and conflict resolution skills Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and work autonomouslyOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsLove working in a team environment
