Deli Manager -Full-Time We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time Deli Manager to lead our deli team and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, high food quality standards, and a well-organised operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the deli department, driving sales, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting team development. Manage the daily operation of the deli department Lead, motivate, and support deli team members Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimise waste Ensure products are fresh, well-presented, and fully stocked Manage staff scheduling and assist with training and development Monitor department performance and work towards achieving sales and margin targets Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant food safety regulations Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
