Store Supervisor (Full-Time) SPAR IFSC is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Store Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operation of the store, work closely with the management team, and ensure high standards of customer service, presentation, and store operations are consistently maintained. Support the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to ensure excellent customer service Assist with staff training and development Ensure high standards of merchandising, cleanliness, and store presentation are maintained Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock control Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety procedures Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently Support the achievement of sales targets and departmental objectives Assist in opening and closing procedures as required
