Deli / Butcher Assistant - Part-Time Londis Cleveragh Road is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Deli / Butcher Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the daily operation of both the deli and butcher departments, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high food safety and product quality standards. This role will also provide cover in the butcher department during scheduled days off and annual leave. Provide a friendly and professional service to all customers Prepare, present, and serve deli products in line with company standards Assist with the preparation, packaging, and display of fresh meat products Provide cover in the butcher department as required Ensure products are fresh, well-stocked, and correctly labelled Follow HACCP procedures and all food safety requirements Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation Assist with stock control, stock rotation, and deliveries Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the store
