Job Description: Experience & Experiences QualificationBE/B.Tech/MCA Experience • 8+ years of delivery excellence experience in a software services / software product development organization (primary requirement) • 4+ years of proven implementation(dev/test) / support experience in a software services/ software product development organization preferred • Experience in managing projects desirable • Knowledge and Experience in SDLC process & methodologies viz., agile(SAFe preferred)/waterfall, project management,ALM and development/test tools, devops, process improvement techniques like Lean, emerging areas like SaaS • Experience in change initiatives preferred
