Job description: Job Summary
• Role: Build and optimize data pipelines and data warehouse solutions.
• Experience Required: Typically 3 to 6+ years of ETL and database experience.
• Core Tools: Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Developer Job Description Template, SQL, and Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Advanced SQL and database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata).
Key Responsibilities
• ETL Development: Design and build complex Informatica mappings, sessions, and workflows to move data from various sources to target data warehouses.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize slow-running queries, mappings, and database loads using partitioning and indexing.
• Data Quality & Cleansing: Perform data profiling, validation, and de-duplication to ensure data accuracy.
• Troubleshooting: Monitor daily data loads and fix extraction or loading failures.
• Documentation: Write technical design specs, mapping documents, and operational runbooks
