Project Lead
Job description: Job DescriptionThe Scrum Master will facilitate Agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently. Acting as a servant-leader, the Scrum Master will guide teams in Scrum practices, remove impediments, and foster a collaborative environment to ensure continuous improvement and delivery excellence. The role also involves working within the SAFe framework to support Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and align team efforts with broader enterprise goals Key Responsibility1.Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
2.Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe framework.
3.Remove obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.
4.Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
5.Support Agile Release Train (ART) events, including PI (Program Increment) Planning.
6.Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and teams to ensure alignment across the ART.
7.Manage and track sprint progress using Agile tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
8.Customize and optimize workflows in JIRA or Azure DevOps to suit team needs.
9.Generate reports and dashboards for sprint metrics and team performance in Agile tools.
10.Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity at both team and program levels.
11.Assist in managing dependencies, risks, and impediments within and across teams in the SAFe environment.
Required QulaificationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. SAFe 6.0 certified is preferred. Required Experience1.Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role and and 8-10yrs experience in software development team . 2.Proven track record of successfully implementing Scrum and Agile methodologies in software development teams. 3.Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps. 4.Experience working within the SAFe framework and supporting Agile Release Trains. 5.Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
