Disney College Program Extensions: Spring 2027

We are seeking dedicated Disney College Program participants departing in January or February who are interested in extending their program for a few more months. This extension opportunity allows you to continue building lifelong friendships, expanding your network, and developing transferable skills — including problem‑solving, collaboration, and communication — that will support your future, whether at Disney or beyond.

What to Know Before Applying: • This application is only for current January and February departures. • Applying for this extension makes you ineligible to be considered for a Part-Time or Full-Time Hourly role at this time, meaning you may not apply for both at the same time. • When submitting the application, you will need to preference a new departure date between May and August 2027. • We do not require a resume and cover letter for this application. When prompted, choose to "Use Your Profile" in place of a resume. • Current Character Performers should refer to the special application instructions sent to them in email.
Additional Information: Next Steps Final decisions will continue to be made throughout the Fall. Check your email and dashboard regularly for updates, next steps, and deadlines. • A $240 non-refundable extension fee* will be collected upon accepting the extension. • A $50 parking decal renewal fee* applies for participants with registered vehicles onsite. • Some participants may need to move to a new housing unit; details will be provided after acceptance. * Fees apply each time a participant extends, including multiple consecutive extensions. Please keep this in mind when selecting your preferred extension departure date on the application.
Important Deadlines Application: All applications must be submitted by Friday, October 16th at 3:00 PM ET. Late applications will not be accepted. Offer Acceptance: The $240 extension fee must be paid by the deadline in your offer email to confirm your extension. Failure to pay the fee on time will result in your extension offer being cancelled.

Basic Qualifications: To qualify for this extension, you must: • Be a current Disney College Program participant with a January or February 2027 departure date. • Not exceed one year total in consecutive Disney Programs, including any combination of Disney College Programs or Disney Professional Internships. • Have full availability through your selected departure date. If you are on an F1/J1 Visa sponsored by your college or university, you must ensure your work authorization is valid through your selected departure date. • Have no more than eight points on your record card and/or no more than one reprimand within the last six months. Please see your leader with questions about your record card.
Responsibilities: While majority of participants will continue creating magic in their current work location, some may be reassigned to a new role or location based on business needs.
Compensation Details: Starting pay: $19/hour
