Role Context • Managing and processing mutual fund financial data
• Researching and updating data using internal systems
• Building and maintaining client and contributor relationships Key Responsibilities • Onboarding funds into the client portal
• Extract reference data from documents (e.g., annual reports, prospectuses)
• Verify and update mutual fund corporate actions (e.g., dividends, mergers, liquidations)
• Participate in time-sensitive global projects and initiatives
• Take ownership and actively manage key areas of responsibility Essential • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience
• Fluency in English & Italian Language
• Speed and accuracy in data processing with high attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Demonstrable research and analytical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Take ownership and actively manage key areas of responsibility
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
• While previous professional experience is not required, all candidates must meet the specified educational criteria and demonstrate the core skills outlined for this role Desirable • Advanced Excel skills (VBA and Macros are a plus)
