Material Planning Coord IV
Job Description: The Advance Precision Kill Weapon System (APKWS) Program is currently in a fast-paced Manufacturing Environment that has also been in Full-Rate Production for the last 6 years. There has been more than 50,000 units delivered to date and that number is increasing based on firm and forecasted projects. The APKWS Program is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the NH Planning Team as a Manufacturing Planning Coordinator (MPC) IV. This position will be full time on-site at the Hudson, NH Facility. The MPC in this Role will have Direct Responsibilities supporting the Factory Floor and Point of Use Stockroom.
The MPC will work cross-functionally to support Production, Material, and Schedule for our Internal/External Customers. This entails but not limited to the following: • Inventory Management (Oracle ERP) • Cycle Counts • Reconciliation • Timely Put Aways from Receiving Inspection • Point of Use & Backflush Locators • Clear WIP Component Exceptions • WIP Transactions • Sub-Inventory Transfers
• Collaborates Cross-Functionally and Receives Priorities from Supply Chain Planning • Communicates to Team for any Bottlenecks/Delays (Planning, Manager, OPS) • Prepares special reports on orders and status as required. • Anticipates or responds to material shortages due to lost, damaged or defective material to prevent work stoppages in area of responsibility. • Maintains accurate records by updating applicable systems which provide regular reports on the status of product to the Supply Chain Planner. • Proficient in all applications of Oracle, Paperless, and TIPQA to accomplish daily tasks. • Actively participates in cycle count activities in the factory. • Actively participates in the establishment of Point of Use Material if required. • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

Required Skills and Education: • High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years related experience in material/production control • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ability to prioritize and multitask, and have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Outlook • Good work ethic and able to work independently. • Experience in inventory management • Experience in a manufacturing setting
Preferred Skills and Education: • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong working relationships and convey information effectively. • Experience in Oracle, PLM and Paperless Systems
