Our Electronic Systems (ESS) division is seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Power Automate Developer to join our team. As a Junior Power Automate Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Power Automate, with a focus on finance-related processes.Job Summary:We are looking for a Junior Power Automate Developer to join our team in IT Application Services Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Power Automate, with a focus on finance-related processes. This is an excellent opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the digital transformation of our finance operations.Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate to streamline finance-related processes, such as: • Accounts payable and accounts receivable • Financial reporting and analytics • Budgeting and forecasting • Compliance and regulatory reporting
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for automation • Work with the IT team to integrate Power Automate with other systems and tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Deltek Costpoint, and Oracle • Develop and maintain documentation for automation solutions, including design documents, test plans, and user guides • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of automated processes • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing automation solutions • Stay up-to-date with new features and capabilities in Power Automate and apply them to improve existing solutions
Required Skills and Education: Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 0-2 years of experience in automation development, preferably with Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) • Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow design principles • Proficiency in Power Automate, including: • Creating and managing flows • Using connectors and triggers • Working with variables and expressions
• Familiarity with Microsoft products, such as Office 365, Dynamics, and Power Platform • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to changing priorities Technical Skills: • Understanding of JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) and XML (Extensible Markup Language) data formats • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and ability to write scripts to automate tasks • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and ability to work with API connectors in Power Automate • Understanding of data types and data manipulation in Power Automate • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
Preferred Skills and Education: Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with finance-related processes and systems, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting • Knowledge of programming languages, such as C#, JavaScript, or Python • Familiarity with development tools, such as Postman, VS Code, etc. • Experience with cloud-based services, such as Azure or AWS
