Are you someone who enjoys building relationships with students and helping them succeed? Horizon High School is looking for an Instructional Paraprofessional to join our team! Horizon is a small, relationship-first alternative high school where staff work together to support students academically, socially, and personally. Our paraprofessionals are an important part of that work. In this role, you will:
• Support students and teachers in classrooms
• Work individually and in small groups with students
• Proctor assessments as needed
• Assist staff with projects and other school needs
• Build positive, supportive relationships with students
