What We Are Looking ForWe’re seeking a Project Manager with a strong background supporting enterprise clients in the financial services industry. In this role, you will own the end-to-end program management of a large, complex enterprise account, serving as the strategic partner responsible for driving alignment, execution, and measurable business outcomes.
You operate with confidence in high-stakes, cross-functional settings, building alignment across internal and client stakeholders while driving accountability and ensuring seamless day-to-day execution.
What You Will Work OnParticipate in project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metricsDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation ensuring successful completion of projectsLead project teams and facilitate effective collaboration across cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and ProductProactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependenciesClearly communicate project status, decisions, and updates to to ensure alignment across stakeholdersEnsure quality and compliance with organizational standardsDrive continuous improvement in project processes and workflows for successful adoptionEngage with external partners and vendors as needed to ensure seamless integration and deliveryWhat you BringBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional certification (PgMP, MSP, PMP) preferredProven experience in project management, including leading projects of moderate complexity 2-5 years of experience in project management or customer-facing roles supporting large enterprise engagements, ideally working with Fortune 500 companies and within the financial services industry (or 2–3 years of equivalent client-facing experience, preferably in digital marketing)2-5 years experience with Persado’s product or other technical SaaS products, preferably in a B2B environmentExperience with various marketing technologies (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)Experience in digital marketing channels (e.g., email, social, web) and various use cases (e.g., Acquisition, Services, Engagement)Experience in managing technical implementations and running a/b or muti-variant testing within digital marketing platforms will be considered a plusStrong strategic thinking and ability to connect project outcomes with organizational objectivesExcellent leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsSolid understanding of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, MSP, PMBOK)Proven experience managing risks, and high-level decision makingExceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilitiesWhat We OfferAchieve your life goals and work goals at Persado:
