To support our ongoing growth we’re looking to recruit an Associate in our Insider Risk & Security team - reporting to the Director of Financial Crime Risk.

Role

This role will support the delivery of the Bank’s insider threat and protective security programmes, primarily focusing on insider investigations.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing a caseload of sensitive internal investigations, investigating potential wrongdoing;Supporting with evidence gathering, including interviews as appropriate;Liaise with senior stakeholders across the business on sensitive matters;Contribute to the development of controls, training, policies and risk assessments;Actively monitor for anomalies through data-driven alerts;Liaising with Law Enforcement and Intelligence partners regarding criminality or threats to the security of the Bank and staff;Attend court as a signatory or witness, on behalf of the business - for both economic crime or employment matters;Support the Protective Security team with the management of the banks internal crisis management and communications platform;Requirements

Demonstrable awareness of insider risk and security best-practice (NPSA);Experience working in an investigative capacity - within financial services or law enforcement, highly beneficial;Experience in evidence-gathering and interviewing within law enforcement or financial services, highly beneficial;Experience in drafting witness statements desirable, but not essential;Experience in employment tribunals or court attendance, desirable - but not essential;Previous experience in drafting policies, procedures or training content within financial services, beneficial, but not essential;Willingness to travel to multiple sites, as required.Relevant qualification(s) in security, risk, or fraud beneficial.Benefits
