About the role: This role will sit in our Ambulatory Care Unit and will be casual 24/32 hours a week and may include extra cover if needed. We can discuss part time also.

• Respond to patient queries across multiple channels (email, SMS, in person, and phone).

• Provide accurate, clear, and timely information.

• Collaborate with our clinical team to resolve issues.

• Advocate for patient needs

• Deliver a seamless, 5-star patient experience through clear communication and realistic expectation-setting.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in customer support or similar roles.

• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• A patient, positive, and empathetic approach.

• (Preferred) Experience in healthcare, with an understanding of the sensitivities involved.
